The Village of Baldwin, WI (pop. 3,961) is accepting applications for a full-time temporary paramedic field supervisor position for Baldwin Area EMS. This temporary position will end on or before November 2019. Baldwin EMS is a critical care paramedic service located in Western WI with an average of 1,600 calls per year and coverage of approximately 240 sq. miles of both urban and rural areas. DUTIES include on-call for 911 emergencies and/or transports. Some supervisory duties, incident command on-scene, providing ALS intercepts with BLS services when requested and other department duties as directed by EMS Chief. QUALIFICATIONS: Must be a U.S. citizen 18 years of age or older; hold a valid WI driver’s license and maintain a good driving record. Current CPR and National Registry at Paramedic level with current ACLS and PALS certifications required. Two (2) years field experience preferred. Some supervisory experience, critical care endorsement, and NIMS/ICS a plus. WAGES/BENEFITS: Hourly wage DOQ; competitive benefits package is offered.
